gift box for my dear uncle

Made this box last week for my uncle. this was a fun project I love boxes of all kinds !

I made a card to put inside and tied the money that was the gift to a string.

teddybear card

I love I mean seruiusly LOVE teddy bears, so when I saw what http://www.elzybell.com.uk/ had just gotten in... I had to have them.

can you tell the middle is clear? It's a hambly screen print

great sketch, and the twist was "to follow the sketch and make anything other than a card AND instead of using a download or stamps for your image..I want you to use a picture, it can be of a family member, pet, food, baby..flower..or if your not sure of that try cutting an image from a magazine."

tweaked it a bit

I saw the sketch over at http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com/ and have been pushing papers around all week. Finally today it came together, tweaked it a bit.


My mom loves tulips so this card had to be for her.

one hand - one card - two challanges

here is the card I did, I used the sketch from mojo monday http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/

and I incoorporated the challange at a spoon full of sugar http://aspoonfullofsugarchallenge.blogspot.com/ the callange is called touchy feely.

who would have thought it had to take 3 days to do one card ??? but it does ... at least it does for me right now !!

Doesn't look like much right ? 10 stitches is all that it is, the annoying thing is that I am not allowed to lift,push or pull anything. BUT once you get used to it, it's possible to do all sorts of things with one hand:-)

two for one

struggling to make a card... trust me card making with one hand ain't easy :-(
Had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery thursday and ... well it's painfull.....
but the withdrawls from my craft table was bad so here is a little card - don't mind the bow. ever tried tying a bow with one hand ?? LOL
I used the sketch from http://karolyns-paperkraft.blogspot.com/ had to add dimention so added the stars in a tread.
And since I used stars and stripes and a woj stamp I can also enter this card in this weeks woj challange http://wojmondaychallenge.blogspot.com/
