if you know me you can't be surprised about my color choices here PINK *S*
And the fact that I could double this challange with making a card for a friend, who also loves pink but whom I owe a present... BTW haven't forgotten about it... it's coming... eventually *S*

whiff of joy challange

Made this card for the Whiff of joy weekly challange... was so excited when I found out what the challange was; to use purple and green. I made the card... then I forgot to upload it ... duhh... ohh well I like the card anyways !!

The Sugar Bowl Challange 1

I loved the sketch provided by Tiets over at the Sugar Bowl challange blog.

It is a fun and versitale sketch and I loved that I only used scraps. Feels so good to use up some of all those scraps.
Here is my card, and a first for me, I decorated the inside. thought that a rainbow was appropirate for this card, the stamp is called Reflective, a rainbow seemed fitting .

Pattern paper; Sassafrass lass and KI Memories. Bazzill cardstock, Foofala buttons, Panduro metal, colorbox chalk.

had totally forgotten to make a card for a reception I was going to earlier this week. Put this together in a matter of minutes. I used the new dooddlebug crushed velvet cardstock. It's SO amazing to work with.
